Always a tricky ECU to install, the mount gives a good solid base for installation. It means the mount can be installed into the desired location before presenting the ECU to the vehicle.
Once the ECU is located in the bracket it can be bolted into position using the supplied bolts. The mount has pre installed captive threads which locate the ECU and secure it to the mount
