Plug & Play High end "Budget" ECU solution for Honda K20/K24s with full optional stock dash multiplex control to retain standard clocks and temperature gauges for people not wanting digital dash's or extra gauges!

Perfect for Kswaps and race cars that need reduced functionality of more complex ECU's this is a perfect solution to replace outdated Hondata equipped cars with its expandability, diagnostics, resolution and datalogging features making it ideal for the racers 

Working together with Haltech and TPW ENGINEERING we now have a fully functioning ECU solution with the Haltech legendary features and expandability! 
Until very recently we were having to use the Haltech Elite1500 ECU for the ability to run the K20 cam controls which at nearly £1300 for the ECU alone then harness came in at a whopping £1700... and it still didn't run the stock dash coolant gauge!

Now we have development firmware upgrades and some nifty programming we can now run full VTEC and VVT control on this entry level ECU!
The Elite 550 is limited in its IOs available but with the supplied CAN breakout we can easily expand the number of inputs and outputs as well as other products to cover pretty much any requirements the majority of owners will want. 

Together with Racing Circuits we will be offering various ECU package options with pre-loaded map options to get people up and running straight away as well as options for supply and mapping. 



The basic kit includes a Haltech Elite 550 with latest firmware to allow VVT cam control and PNP harness adapter for stock K20A2 EP3 or DC5 harness and mechanical switch for reverse lockout.

  • Multiplex module for standard EP3/DC5 dash to give temperature and battery indication - Not required on KSWAP original dash's or digital dash's which take their readings direct via CAN - (This will require specific coolant sensor calibration to the ECU at time of mapping or it will read incorrectly)

  • Reverse lockout module that automatically activates over 15mph

  • Haltech IC7 digital dash that will display all ECU data and with firmware updates allows additional inputs and outputs to be configured all programmed through NSP software.

  • Haltech CAN wideband for accurate mapping and fuelling control - (sold separately)


Due to the limited functionality of the Elite 550 ECU there is no onboard knock control and no Idle control so the ICV will need disabling and blanking. Reverse lockout is also not available on the ECU so there is either a mechanical switch supplied with the kit or the optional discreet module which will take care of this.

All packages will be delivered with a base start map which will be limited to 4000rpm and setup for stock injectors/map sensor etc and enable the owner to get the car tested and to their chosen mapper.
