K20z4 Plug and Play kswap harness is complete. Brand new harness, connectors and terminals, everything is new.

The harness connects to the original connector left behind when the Oe Ecu was removed, and also the round chassis connector found on the chassis leg. It tennis further connections that plug straight into the 3rd plug of the Ecu and also engine harness. 


Harness connects to or controls all of the original Mini equipment Inc:

Main Relay
Fuel pump relay
Fan Relay
DBW pedal
Clutch switch
Brake switch
Battery Warning light
Oil pressure warning light
Starter
Reverse lights

No wiring other than a couple of wires to tap into the original Honda harness, and on this type of ECU it can all go in the engine bay.

 CAN MODULE LITE

If you want the original Tacho, coolant gauge and engine  management light to work then a can bus module can be added. We also offer an adapted Tacho dial that will show the engine  rpm up to 9k!!!

CAN MODULE RACE 

A more complete module is also available that offers (as well as the LITE features), the ability to show an additional oil temp and oil pressure on the original Mini trip screen. It will also add a shift light to the original Tacho (set at 7750). This is particularly helpful even if not using our adapted Tacho dial

TACHO DIAL

Custom designed Tacho dial that has 0-9k fitted within the original mini needle sweep. When used in conjunction with one of our can modules the output is matched to the adapted ratio 

 

Please click below for a solution to remove the OE immobiliser. In conjunction with our friends at TPW Engineering we have collated a map specifically designed for the swap. It removes the original immobiliser, removes any DTC's affecting the swap and also gives an enhanced base map. Configured for a high flow intake and quality Catback exhaust system the ECU will run fine with everything from a stock car to one with the described modifications and any similar kits. With a raised rev limiter to 8600rpm and vtec lowered to 3800rpm it benefits from a much improved throttle response everywhere and increased midrange power due to the lower vtec and optimised cam advance.
